Good morning day... I hope everyone had a good day... those who didnt have one... plzz contact me.. ill try to cheer u up... :P ... Today is friday... And it was relatively a good day...Had a good day at office.... No ppl its not always like this good days at office are few and far between... Anyways.. all around it was a good day... Went to faisal mosque for jumma prayers which is always nice... It just has that special feeling.... Man i need to start saying namaz...(another thing in my never happening pipeline... :P).. Then had good lunch... WE had white beer.. :P dont get in shock ppl... we had "Lassi"... :P ... Man u really get "tuuunn" after it... U can hardly keep ur eyes open... And v had to go to office aftr that so u can imagine what we were doing in office.... :P Today we also had a fire drill in our building.. which was sorta interesting... As i got to see all the ppl in our building... And like evryone was going down from the stairs and all...
I got to help out a frnd today which was nice... Yea it feels good when u help out someone...Other than that i took my mom for shopping... So all arnd it was a good day...
Musically it was okay too... Today was "the cure" day.. Mainly because of their song "friday im in love"... yes this song is the song of the day.... Man this song rocks.. It soo cool.. And its lyrics are so "ULTRA".... This song rises up in you so many kind of feelings... This song makes u happy, extremely sad, a stroke of reality, jumping up and down, how to spend ur life, loneliness,etc etc.... all these feelings happen at the same time... i mean not many songs can do that... but thats the magic of cure... they can make u feel that way... This songs reminds u of ur loved ones, ur crushes... ur forgotten loves and forgotten crushes.. :P This song is the best friday song ever...Yes u heard it from me... U can quote me on this... Good morning day... :P... Yes as i said i would... Hopefully everybody whose reading this is doing good... I hope the best for you... Yea im just feeling like that today... U know.. when u hope the best for everyone... No im not in some specific good mood today... im just feeling like that.... Today was a nice old day.... Started of the day with some good music... i dont remember the other songs but the one that stuck was... "The middle" by "jimmy eat world"... I ve decided that this is a morning song... :P yea its a good song... And gets u up for stuff... or maybe i wasnt in a bad mood today..thats y i might have liked the song... :P.. Got home late from work today.. Felt tired but even then went to my friends to hang out... Yea just had decided that i wud go out today... Had a good time doing what we mostly do..i.e. talking about the old times and stories... Most of which have been listened to before.. :P but that doesnt matter... coz all of us enjoy it the same amount.. So its nice..
I think a new restaurant was supposed to open today in the saidpur village called "Dais pardais" today.. so those of u who are not lazy as i am check it out... Other than that there is a spring festival going on in the PNCA... and a urdu play called "Dinner with an idiot" playing in the national library auditorium.... That was just for the people who didnt know what was going on in isloo these days.. im sure most of u know more than me... :P
Anyways... There was 2 candidates for the song of the day today... The first one.. which isnt the song of the day was "where is my mind" by "the pixies".. its a nice song from the soundtrack of the fight club.. Cool movie... the song is a little stupid but its a good listen if ur in the car...

Good day people... Im running out of welcome greetings...:P well come to think of it why do i even have a welcome greeting... Personally i liked the greeting which i used a couple of blogs ago.. i.e. "Good morning day"..(I know i dont write the blog in the morning..).. i just like it... yes i stole this from a 3 days grace song.. but anyways i like it... so its mine... im gona start my blogs of with it till i find a better one... So that being that... Today was a "nice" day... not much happened but it was nice... oh by the way today's april fools day... :P yea we used to try to make our friends fools when we were a little young but now it seems all a hassle.. and ur just not feeling up for it... Even though some friends were planning sumthn but it didnt go through.... Office was tiring today.. it seemed alot longer today for some reason...
I heard that green day have made a play out of their "american idiot" album... thats nice... When i heard that it gave me an idea that someone should make a play here too with the title "pakistani idiot".. being a satire on all the idiots in the this country we can think of...( yes im an idiot too...)... I think the theater scene is really firing up in our country these days... and hats off to the people who are behind that.. But theater can be used also to help the country and wake up the people or sumthn... Because in history theater was always a big part of a revolution.. and it should never go dead...
Oh i wrote almost two paragraphs without talking about music.. how did that happen.. ? :P.. Musically it was also a good day.. Though i cant seem to remember what i listened to in morning somehow... But i do remember it was sumthn easy going.. which is good... Today i went back to a band which i had stopped listening to for some personal reasons.... the band is "Carolina liar"... there are a good band... There are that sort of band who are easy to listen to and they do have good message in almost all there songs... Other than that there was some "tool" involved and some goo goo dolls....
Today i requested the song "the pot" by tool on the rush hour show on fm 89....( yes im lame i do request songs on the radio... But its my favorite show and its the only show i message into... plus a dig the rj..)...So the song wasnt played because it was accused of having some explicit lyrics... i mean what the hell... ok it has some explicit lyircs...but where on our radios songs like lil wayne's lolipop and 50 cent's candyshop can be played.. how the hell they cannot play "the pot"... I mean songs like the pot can cause a revolution...( yes im in a revolutionary mood today..).. A person who can understand the true meaning of the song...Can wake up from the deep sleep he has been put into by our politicians reality show... So the censorship for our radio needs to be looked into... And be controlled centrally by some open minded people...
Anyways... these days im not into the long blogs.. so lets get to the song of the day... Its "show me what im looking for" By "Carolina liar"...( yes i have it on repeat rite now..) This is a really cool song... with really cool lyrics.. The song is about how everyone is looking for some one to show them what they want in life... No one is ready to think for their selves and decide what they want in life... (thats just me thinking...)Or the song can be looked from the other way that.. everyone knows what they want in life but they are just not willing to put in the effort...and that they are just looking for someone to show them where tht thing is that they want....( Now im making no sense...i should leave:P..) the song also has the line "save me from being confused"... Confusion is such an awful state that everyone deserves to be saved from it...

So people im back to my blogging ways... Today i was thinking that my life isnt that interesting for me to start blogging... I dont know what to write half the time and half the time im telling u ppl that ... :P Anyways.. Today was a reguar old day as always... Nothing special... Just office.. then friends.. then home .. and then some more friends... :P ..Although Two important things happened in the country today.. first the sharif brothers got reinstated... Yea how the hell did that happen... I mean how did this happen so soon... And second that Baitullah Mashood, head of Taliban Pakistan, has claimed responsibility for the Training academy Lahore attacks.. I mean how the hell our army hasnt caught this guy by now... I mean what they have been doing in the tribal areas for so long... I know its hard to catch these people but they have been there for so long... Khair... what the hell we know.. there are bigger things happenings behind the scenes beyond are imagination...
Musically today was a lay low day... Started of the day with "hanging by a moment" by "Lifehouse"... Yea its a nice song and all...but these are the kind of songs you forget 3 mins after u've listened to it... But lifehouse is a type of band i would have wanted to make... Just becoz all the girls dig them.. :P i mean i havent met a girl who doesnt like lifehouse... Khair.. lets move on from that...
Facebooking has become a part of daily routine now... and i dont like it that it has become a part of my routine.... i mean it just shouldnt... The first thing you do when u go to office is log into facebook.. :P i mean thats just stupid... Now im just bored and i dont know what to write....

Helloo everyone... Yes my indefinite period is over... It was for only one day... Jusst didnt want to write anythng.. Anyways... Today was monday... Monday are like u really have to get urself up for it... To me monday's aren't that bad... ok maybe a little but not to much.. I dont know i just like mondays... U really dont do work on Mondays :P... I mean monday ko kaun kaam kerta hai... Khair... Musically it was a good day... i mean i had alot of variety for the day... As u can see i didnt do much work.. :P .. In the morning i listened to "Tonic"... (one of their songs will be the song of the day.. just a heads up... )... Morning was not too bad.. although i was like stuck in traffic for a really long time... Its those pedestrians crossing that are up in the highway that causes trouble for the traffic.. especially in the morning...
Oh i almost forgot.. morning was terrible ... i mean the situation in lahore was really bad... What the hell is going on in pakistan... its totally out of control... How can the people do sumthn abt ths... Govt are the only people who can do anythng about ths.... (yea like thr gona do sumthn...) It was kinda horror like scenario... I mean 20 or so ppl killed and 90 or maybe hundreds injured... Its like a regular day to day scenario for us... How can simple people live like this.... Pakistan ka Allah hafiz hi hai...
All we people can do is do the best we can...
Khair.. lets distract ourselves a little and talk about music.. today's music was alot different... I mean the music was Sweet and cute... haahahahah.. ok maybe not that much... But it was nice... Music consisted of "tonic", "finger eleven"... and.. Umm.. "the cure" and "the Script"... So we had a wide range of music... Other than that the day was a regular monday... Although it was hott..
Got in tune with my regular rush hour show on fm 89 at 5 to 7... The RJ is cool.. :P ... Anyways my day went fine.. Went out with mom for shopping .. so it was nice and all...

Hellooo my morbid minions... yes i stole this line from some radio show on fm 89.. i really hate the way the guy says that on the radio... but the line is good... So here v r again... another day in our fucked up life... ( Yes i really am a very "Nashukra" person.... I mean we shud be thankful to GOD for every second of our life but we're not... So my day started by listening to "A beautiful day" by "U2" on the radio.. the song is not my morning cup of tea even though i sang along...(yes i do that alot when im alone in my car).... Its a get u going song but it didnt work for me.... U2 is a good band, the thing i like about U2 is that their everlasting.... I really liked their older stuff not so much there newer stuff... it was definitely another fucking day...
Musically it was a "tool" day... yes tool..probably the most unusual mainstream heavy metal/alternative rock band ive heard... the music and lyrics of tool are sumthn close to genius... ( yea maybe im exaggerating)...But they definitely are unique where they stand... I mainly stuck with 2 songs of tool for the day... The first one was "Schism"... schism means disharmony or division.. it mostly relates to causing division in any religon... Schism has probably the most copied music of all time... or atleast in pakistan... i've heard this intro music countless number of times being used in music vdos or in plays etc... its just so cool... Tool has, to me the most thought provoking lyrics.. I mean lyrics that make u think about things... I think people in pakistan have just stopped thinking... or if they are thinking , they thinking about the wrong things... Maybe its not the fault of the people... i think there just isnt any inspiration left for us to think.... In the past times, poets and writes played a great role in inspiring people to think... Poets like iqbal, ghalib and faiz were the among the greatest.. But people like them are no more.. or if they are there they do not come in the open... People should think about things... I know people dont have any time free from their day to day worries to think but they shud try to think in relation with their day to day affairs... People instead run away from things... Thinking is probably the greatest gift and the greatest curse GOD ever gave to man... Thinking is life... Anyways where were we... yes schism... man this song has both killler music and lyrics..
Like the first line "I know the pieces fit cuz I watched them fall away" could have alot of meanings... Hellooo "HAPPY" people... i say that because maybe those are the only one who are gona read it... And by happy i dont mean the real meaning of happy.. :P Soo... wats new in life... yaar how come morning was the same... i mean full of rain and clouds and stuff... my office window is quite huge so i could see all the clouds hovering over the margalla hills... it was Soooo "beautiful" :P :P.. Fuck man... it was so depressing... i hated it... Chalo atleast the the weather cleared by the afternoon and the sun came out.. Although i have lost my sun... :P... Evening was trying to chill out.... Went out with a old old friend from college... (Oh yea the good "old and half" times... u wont get this lame joke if u havent read my previous post... )... He has past and future issues similar like me... So i definitely chill with himm... And it was fun :P... (yes i have fun... Its not like im dead or sumthn..).. We went to gelato to find some serenity.. which v got becoz no one was thr... Ok ths place is good but its as expensive as hell... But nuthn good in life is cheap.. so u have to deal with it... Then had a chicken garlic mayo cheese roll from MAMa's.. i mean it is definitely good.. i mean those people who havent tried it.. definitely should try it... And that was the end of the day... ( THE NIGHT HAS JUST BEGUN... :P)...
Oh i didnt tell u people the songs before were not the songs or song of the day.... :D i mean how Aahoo is that... Khair.. the song of the day... i heard arnd 7 this day... and listened to it once today..(yet)... its a song by a reallly cool and alternative band.. "the cure" and the song was "just like heaven"... i have listened to this song before... but i didnt concentrate on the song as much as today... This is a beautiful song... its really is... yes its a love song... but its a love song by cure.. so it rocks... :P People should have this song... Hellooo... my groupies.. :P... Hoping everybody is enjoying the weather... (yes i had my fingers crossed when i said that... i dont want people enjoying.. because im a selfish person... I dont want them to be all happy... Because shinny happy is not my thing)...Well anyways.. it was another rainy day in isloo... i mean what the hell... whats up with all the rain.. the first thing most of the people think is ... oh nice weather... lets go out... i think what the fuck... why its so happy happy all the way... I dont like the rain.. as in okay i agree the weather is enjoyable and all... but to me the rain brings a certain kind of sadness and depression with it... I mean whenever people meet its like its a "beautiful" weather.... that just creeps me out...
When woke up today i was feeling really down and out... i mean firstly i was going to office after like 3 days of holidays.. so u dont wana go anyway.. other than that u have a really shinny happy weather with u... Its like AAahhh..!!... khair.. somehow i got ready and got in my car and was on my way... now im looking for some good music.... :P You never know what u wana listen to in the morning... i mean its like u can like sumthn strange or sumthn regular... So where were we.. i dont remember... hahahaha... khair the day was okay... as in relative to the rainy day it was okay... i hung out with frnds as usual.. (no i didnt go out becoz of the weather... i just went out...)... Ok this is a song i wana sing some day... me and a frnd of mine have a back up plan... That if we are really not into the job stuff... we are gona drop all the shit and start a band... this is a semi-serious plan... (ill be the drummer btw... yes i wana take all the emotions out...)...So if we do end up starting a band the first song we'll sing is this... This song has two scenarios...Scenario one is that ur hanging out with couple of frnds... and ur bored like hell...one of ur frnds has a acoustic guitar... and he starts strumming this tune... one of u start singing this song and one of u start banging the table... And all the other just give the chorus... that will be neat... Scenario number 2 is ur siting by the window on a day like this... ur alone and thinking about someone.. the rain drops are running by the window glass... u put this song on repeat... stare out the window... and just think about that someone... these are the scenarios..
